Your Impact : What Youll Do
- Work with staff to guide and direct their skills and abilities to successfully meet their responsibilities and help them meet their full potential.
- Oversee the Pearls Hope Transitional Living Program.
- Establish and maintain connections and initiate cooperative agreements with womens ministries of other agencies and organizations.
- Be the community liaison for Pearls Hope and future prevention focused programs at Tulsa location
- Assessment and intake of applicant families, implementation of individual skills development curriculum for families focusing on strengths and needs in a Family Systems modality
- Oversees staff training and development as needed
- Be available to staff for individual concerns that may arise
- An active member of the Circle of Care Leadership Team
- Assist with the Council on Accreditation (COA) standards and our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process
- Work closely with local foundations, donors, churches, and other area supporters
- Develop various funding streams for the program
- Regularly review administrative issues with staff, to include budgets, staff professionalism, program requirements, and policies and procedures

Required :
Education : Masters Degree and experience in the Social Services field preferred. Bachelors degree and 3 years serving in community focused programs and / or children and family focused programs required.3 years of previous supervisory experience within the social services field preferred.Ability to pass a thorough background check, Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, and drug test as required by Department of Human Services.Possess a valid Oklahoma drivers license and a good driving recordMust be at least 21 years of ageWhy Work With Us?
