As the welcoming face of the credit union, MSRs are often the first and only point of contact for our members. We're seeking individuals who excel in customer service, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a supportive, member-focused team.

This role requires flexibility to work at multiple branch locations within our market, depending on staffing needs. If you're adaptable and enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balancing your cash drawer daily and ensuring all transactions are accurate.
• Assisting members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
• Identifying member needs and cross-selling products and services that add value.
• Resolving member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
