Job Title :

  • Traveling End-of-Life (EOL) Crew Member Job Summary : Join our specialized End-of-Life (EOL) Crew, focusing on replacing electrical equipment inside commercial facilities.
  • This fast-paced nightshift role demands precision and expertise in tracing, installing, and terminating electrical systems.

  • The travel is 10 day trips every 2 weeks.
  • Leave on Monday and return a week from that following Wednesday in most cases.
  • You are off when you get home that Wednesday until you leave for the shop on Monday morning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Read wiring diagrams and blueprints, tracing wires to loads to generate accurate wiring diagrams and verify existing information.
  • Work around live electrical systems safely and effectively.
  • Cut and bend conduit to precise specifications.
  • Install electrical panels, breakers, and switchgear.
  • Hook up stores to temporary generators, pull wires, and terminate connections.
  • Ensure correct phase rotation and proper connection of wires and busses.
  • Operate equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, and mini excavators as needed.
  • Maintain a fast-paced workflow during nightshift assignments.
  • Requirements :

  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
  • Some electrical experience, preferably in commercial or industrial environments.
  • Ability to identify and operate tools used in the role.
  • (Optional) Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, or mini excavators.
  • Work Environment :

  • Primarily indoors, working inside commercial facilities across the United States.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • ,       Competitive pay package, plus a 15% nightshift pay modifier.

  • Work schedule : 10 days on, 4 days off (nightshift, except for the first day).
