Kable Staffing is hiring Mig Welder in Georgetown, KY. This is a temp to hire opportunity, full time position.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct MIG welding on metal components according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure welds meet or exceed established criteria for strength and precision.
  • Accurately and efficiently assemble metal components based on project requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, dimensions, and welding requirements.
  • Inspect metal parts pre-assembly to identify and rectify defects or imperfections.
  • Uphold a commitment to delivering top-notch welds and finished products. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with expertise in welding various metals.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds with precision.
  • Keen attention to detail with a dedication to producing accurate and flawless welds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Communication skills.
