Overview

Overnight / Early Morning Replenishment Team Member role at Michaels Stores. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and provide a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, and maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns / go backs and general store recovery to keep the store well merchandised and in stock
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; project a positive image and serve as a role model for Team Members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Retail and / or customer service experience preferred

Total Base Pay Range For This Position : $16.50 - $19.40
