Description :

Client is an inpatient facility for acute rehabilitation.

The hospital offers rehabilitation programs for a variety of illnesses, injuries, and conditions.

This includes services for stroke, traumatic brain injury, and amputation.

CarePartners provides traditional physical, occupational, and speech therapies, along with specialty rehabilitation programs.

The facility is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care to help patients live fulfilling lives.

We emphasize working closely with caregivers and families for optimal support.

The unit consists of 65 beds with patient ratios of 5-6.

Support staff includes CNAs available on all shifts and 11 hours of unit secretary support.

Key equipment includes IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts, and transfer equipment.

The documentation system utilized is Meditech.

The facility has both CARF and Joint Commission certifications.
