Order Administration Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Order Administration Specialist to support the full quote-to-cash cycle for global customers. Order Administration Specialist Responsibilities
- Process and manage complex customer orders with accuracy and efficiency through Salesforce, Oracle, and related systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and revenue recognition.
- Maintain precise documentation, verify order details, and perform quality checks to ensure policy compliance.
- Support customers and internal partners with order inquiries, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Identify process improvements, troubleshoot system issues, and proactively escalate problems when necessary.
Order Administration Specialist Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in order administration, sales operations, or a related role.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP / CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle preferred).Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.Knowledge of trade compliance, import / export processes, and global tax / VAT concepts is a plus.
