What You'll Do
Design & Innovate
– Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances the retention and transfer of knowledge and skills.
Collaborate & Define
– Work closely with remote Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, define course objectives, and collaborate on the design, build, and maintenance of curricula.
Analyze & Synthesize
– Analyze complex content to define the course medium, flow of content, assessments, and accompanying materials.
Maintain Quality
– Continually look for opportunities to improve training quality based on strategic initiatives, audience needs, and end-user feedback.
Stay Current
– Maintain a current knowledge of emerging technologies and methodologies to offer the best possible learning experience.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree
from an accredited college or university in
Instructional Design
or a related field
required
Minimum
three years
of experience developing training programs / curriculum for adult learners
required
Minimum
two years' experience with Articulate or other eLearning tools required
Experience conducting Subject Matter Expert interviews, assessment, and testing.
