A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow revenue through upsells and account expansion for a designated book of business
Develop trusting relationships with stakeholders and understand their business needs to anticipate future requirements
Manage the full-cycle sales process, including pipeline management and collaboration with Customer Success Managers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, quota-carrying role, preferably in SaaS
Strong understanding of the corporate business environment and experience with fleet management technology is a plus
Proven ability to navigate multiple decision-makers within customer organizations
High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
