The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the daily production schedule. They work closely with the engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure that the schedule is consistently achieved. This position requires strong planning skills, a collaborative approach, and agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create the 12-week daily / weekly production schedule based on manufacturing goals and capacity
  • Works closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering to ensure schedule adherence
  • Make timely schedule adjustments and communicate changes as necessary
  • Reviews the schedule to adjust for changes in customer requirements, delays of materials, and production capacity
  • Clearly communicate production changes across functions
  • Work with the sales team and dealers on order changes
  • Maintain production dates in Epicor (ERP) to ensure visibility to all functions
  • Develop reports on production alignment and identify potential issues

Requirements :

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • Experience with Epicor or a similar ERP system preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Production Planning
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in manufacturing planning or similar role.
