We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize our fixture assembly operations. This is a critical role within our manufacturing team, ensuring the seamless execution of production processes while maintaining our high standards for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management :

Planned, coordinated, and oversaw all production activities to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
Monitor production KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Manage and optimize production workflows, minimizing downtime and waste.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain.

Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure all production tools and assembly jigs are well maintained and operating efficiently.

Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with suppliers for repairs or upgrades.

Quality Assurance

Work closely with the quality team to implement and maintain quality control processes.

Conduct root cause analysis for any defects and implement corrective actions.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Maintain accurate production records, including reports on yield, rework, and production output.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in related field.

Strong understanding of electro-mechanical assembly, SMT processes, PCB assembly, and soldering techniques.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
