Toyota's Parts & Accessory Sales Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Accessory Field Sales Sr. Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate, develop and execute TMNA sales growth strategies in collaboration and support of Toyota's regional operations and providing field teams with strategy, process and training to successfully increase Toyota accessory sales and market penetration. This assignment will serve as a consultative approach to evaluate dealer performance and key performance indicators (KPI's) to implement effective solutions for growth.
Reporting to the Aftersales Parts & Accessory Field Manager, the person in this role will support the Parts & Accessory Sales Department's objective to increase total corporate accessory sales to contribute to total profitability and revenue for the Toyota enterprise.
Assess and recommend improvements to regional accessory sales operations that align with TMNA strategies, goals and objectives
Assess business opportunities in regions and private distributors and implement necessary directional changes to achieve assigned growth targets and objectives
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives for respective Toyota regional offices
Analyze region process(s) and communicate policies and programs supporting improved dealer accessory sales
Participate in the development of national strategies and loyalty programs to grow TMNA accessory sales and dealer loyalty
Raise regional team members' understanding of the opportunities for growth and accessory awareness with development of in-dealership training and new product introduction
Lead through activities and tactics focusing on driving change through education and process improvements
Education : Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Understanding the Accessory business platform with ability to identify and solve problems through the development of effective business solutions
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
Able to set goals, train and motivate others to drive improved performance results
Ability to travel up to 50% to support Toyota regional offices and dealerships
A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position
Experience in Toyota retail or field organization or related experience
Experience in sales, accessories, parts or service-related operations
Knowledge and business insight of automotive aftermarket business
Working knowledge of various dealer management systems (DMS) or dealer service provider (DSP) systems, service schedulers, parts solutions, accessory sales tools, etc.
Experience in strategic planning for process improvement
