We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. We are a General Contractor based out of Mansfield and expanding. We are looking for sharp, intuitive, and experienced Superintendents who work well in a team atmosphere. Quality, safety, cleanliness, and completing projects ahead of Owner schedules are our highest priorities. We are looking for quality people for our DFW projects.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule and coordinate all onsite activities of subcontractors
• Perform daily quality control duties, reviewing all work onsite and enforcing the drawings and specifications.
• Update project schedules weekly and effectively communicate with subcontractors
• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Coordinate material deliveries and staging areas
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Manage and enforce safety practices
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
