Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Locum Tenens Sales Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with client hospitals, and promoting the company's staffing solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the management team to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a management team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Experience in the healthcare staffing industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
