Key Responsibilities
Oversee aspects of Field Service Management software and coordinate service calls
Maintain accurate reports and support process documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers for efficient service resolution
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in service or operations
Experience with Salesforce Field Service or other ticketing systems preferred
Proficiency in data entry and reporting
Professional working proficiency in English (B2 CEFR level or higher)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
