FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule : M-F 7 : 30a-3 : 30p
  • Supervision model 1 : 3
  • Total 15 CRNAs
  • Anesthesiologists will do their own cases and supervise up to 3 ORs
