Primary Purpose
As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, you will oversee daily group sessions led by the CADC, provide assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive behavioral health care.

Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS)Two or more years of relevant experience preferredStrong communication skills and ability to document effectively in EMR systemsExperience working with adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or substance abuse issuesKnowledge of behavioral health care, assessments, counseling, and motivational interviewingFamiliarity with HIPAA laws and confidentiality standardsExperience in social work, intake process, or leading group therapyMajor Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments, review medical histories, and develop individualized care plansEvaluate client needs and recommend appropriate support servicesRefer clients to community resources and coordinate care with other providersMonitor progress and maintain detailed treatment recordsProvide individual and group counseling, including crisis interventionEnsure client safety and compliance with HIPAA regulationsEngage in outreach, marketing for referrals as neededWorking Conditions
