Primary Purpose

As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, you will oversee daily group sessions led by the CADC, provide assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive behavioral health care.

  • Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS)
  • Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to document effectively in EMR systems
  • Experience working with adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or substance abuse issues
  • Knowledge of behavioral health care, assessments, counseling, and motivational interviewing
  • Familiarity with HIPAA laws and confidentiality standards
  • Experience in social work, intake process, or leading group therapy
  • Major Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments, review medical histories, and develop individualized care plans
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate support services
  • Refer clients to community resources and coordinate care with other providers
  • Monitor progress and maintain detailed treatment records
  • Provide individual and group counseling, including crisis intervention
  • Ensure client safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Engage in outreach, marketing for referrals as needed
