Hi I’m Cyndi and Looking for energetic and reliable weekly or bi-weekly housekeeper for my beach house rental property. The 1600 sq ft house has 4 small bedrooms, 3 small bathrooms, kitchen and living area plus sun porch. Duties include cleaning floors, dusting, refrigerator, stove, microwave, cleaning bathrooms, light laundry of linens, (no deep cleaning required). The current housekeeper is relocating and this job can start as early as next week. The house is booked via Airbnb and stays occupied most of the year. Cleaning during the summer months would be on Saturday anytime between 10am and 4pm. Current housekeeping finishes in 4 hours but she is fast, Spring, Fall and Winter cleaning schedule varies. I pay $150 per cleaning for weekly jobs and $100 per cleaning for off season jobs. This averages between $25-$35 per hour. All cleaning equipment and supplies are included. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be dependable. The annual take home has been between $6000. per year for 1-2 cleanings per week.
