We’re looking for a highly experienced CNC Lathe Setup Technician who can step into a fast-moving environment and take charge of complex, high-precision setups. If you know how to get a lathe running efficiently, accurately, and with confidence, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform efficient setups on CNC lathes for both prototype and production runs

Work on new and varied projects regularly — no boring, repetitive days

Optimize tooling, Workholding, and programs for speed and precision

Troubleshoot issues and work closely with programmers and operators

Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and shop organization

Contribute to process improvements as we scale up our capabilities

What We're Looking For

Deep experience with CNC lathe setups

Strong understanding of offsets, tooling, blueprint reading, and inspection

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix shop environment

Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and knows how to get the job done right
