A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Upholsterer

Position type : Full Time, Contract to possible hire

Duration : 12 months

Location : Medley, FL, 33178

Shift : 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM

As a Upholsterer, you will be :

• Responsible for fabricating custom designs made out of fabric and other materials.
• The work involves cutting, measuring, and sewing.
• sewing machine setup (changing thread, bobbins, and needles as needed)
• needle prepping and joining
• creating and cutting patterns
• inspecting product for defects, damage, or stains
• marking products, work pieces, or equipment with identifying information
• comparing physical characteristics of materials or products to specifications or standards
• Interpreting cover patterns to perform sewing functions
• Cut leather and fabric as needed using patterns
• Prepare sewing pieces for Master Seamstress
• Sew leather and fabric dress coves with very high precision and very high-quality expectations
