A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to process conflict of interest requests and analyze potential issues.
Key Responsibilities
Perform corporate research to identify ethical and business issues in the firm's conflicts database
Create conflict reports summarizing issues related to new clients, matters, and lateral attorneys
Evaluate and escalate sensitive conflicts and matter opening issues to appropriate personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Two years prior conflicts of interest experience at a mid to large firm
Experience using computer database software preferred, especially Intapp Open
Knowledge of the Model Rule of Professional Responsibility that apply to conflicts of interest
Business / Legal familiarity preferred
