Northbound Distribution Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in distribution logistics, is seeking a Northbound Distribution Customer Service Representative to join their team. As part of the Northbound Operations, you'll play a key role in supporting daily distribution activities and ensuring smooth communication between departments and customers.

Location : Mile 13, Laredo, TX

Schedule : 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM

Overtime as needed

Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements :

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Works well with others and willing to cross-train
• At least 1 year of distribution experience
• Familiarity with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of billing services (preferred but not required)
