A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to drive renewal sales and revenue growth in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the renewal sales cycle and meet / exceed established targets
Maximize renewal revenue and logo retention while accurately forecasting revenue and customer churn
Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success role, preferably in renewals
Experience with education-based or SAAS solution offerings
Documented track record of meeting / exceeding renewal sales objectives
B.A. or B.S. Degree
High degree of personal and professional integrity with a growth mindset
