Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them attain their goals and enhance functionality.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Apply research-backed techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and specialized nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide instruction to patients and their families about effective therapy methods that will bolster recovery at home.
• Document and Evaluate Progress : Continuously monitor and record clinical advancements, modifying treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track to success.
