What you'll do :

  • Provide daily operational and strategic leadership for our Odessa Service Center
  • Coach and develop 22-27 technical employees
  • Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution
  • Partner with the sales, fleet, & logistics teams to ensure timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment
  • Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and / or oil free air compressors
  • Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings
  • You'll have the following skills and experience :

  • 3- 5 years of relevant operations leadership experience
  • 3 years of direct management of technical employees
  • Manage P&L of $90 million reporting and analysis
  • Experience as location safety leader
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background
