Market Manager, Off & On Premise, Southern CA

Job Summary

You'll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, and using data to identify opportunities and deliver results.

The salary range for this role, based i n Los Angeles , is $106,7 20.00 to $133,400.00 . The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Market Execution & Performance

• Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards within assigned areas for on and off premise independent business.
• Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct monthly / quarterly / yearly planning and market performance recap / review sessions with State Director and Distributor teams to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
• Manage key account relationships to drive NNS growth & key performance indicators.

Field Environment : Work is performed in a typical field environment with moderate demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage. Frequent travel by land and / or air in diverse weather conditions is required.
