Casa Pernoi, Birmingham’s premier destination for authentic Trattoria-style Italian cuisine, is seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Since 2019, Casa Pernoi has been celebrated for its elevated Italian dining experience, blending traditional flavors with innovative techniques in a refined yet welcoming ambiance.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision under the guidance of our Executive Chef.
  • Maintain the highest food safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes and restaurant policies.
  • Assist in ingredient preparation, restocking stations, and ensuring mise en place is set for service.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Plate dishes with an eye for presentation, ensuring every plate meets Casa Pernoi’s high standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold our reputation for excellence in both food and service.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous experience in a high-quality kitchen environment preferred.
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
