How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee day-to-day mammography operations, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical leadership to the imaging staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with MQSA, ACR, and Texas Medical Board standards.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and compassion.
  • Support scheduling, training, and workflow optimization within the department.
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing, and other departments to maintain smooth patient flow.
  • Are You an Experienced Mammography Leader Ready to Make an Impact?

    Required Skills & Experience :

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT)
  • ARRT-R and ARRT-M certifications (Required)
  • BLS / ALS certification
  • Minimum 5 years of imaging experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technologists
  • Strong knowledge of imaging safety and compliance standards
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in an acute hospital or multi-modality imaging setting
  • Familiarity with MQSA / ACR accreditation processes
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
