How You Will Make an Impact

Oversee day-to-day mammography operations, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Provide guidance, coaching, and technical leadership to the imaging staff.

Ensure full compliance with MQSA, ACR, and Texas Medical Board standards.

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and compassion.

Support scheduling, training, and workflow optimization within the department.

Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing, and other departments to maintain smooth patient flow.

Are You an Experienced Mammography Leader Ready to Make an Impact?

Required Skills & Experience :

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT)

ARRT-R and ARRT-M certifications (Required)

BLS / ALS certification

Minimum 5 years of imaging experience, including leadership responsibilities

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technologists

Strong knowledge of imaging safety and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in an acute hospital or multi-modality imaging setting

Familiarity with MQSA / ACR accreditation processes

Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
