POSITION OVERVIEW The Manager of Regulatory Affairs plays a pivotal role in supporting Harbor Health’s health plan business by ensuring regulatory compliance and spearheading our health plan’s day-to-day regulatory affairs activities.

Reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, this position plays a key role in preparing and managing regulatory reporting, submitting  regulatory filings, and tracking key regulatory and legislative changes that may impact our business.  POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Regulatory Filings :

• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal and state laws.
• Facilitate the organization’s response to regulatory inquiries or actions.

Conduct Regulatory Research :

Monitor Legislation and Rulemaking :

Disseminate Regulatory Updates :

Collaborate Across Departments :

Support Compliance Initiatives :
