A healthcare system in New Jersey is currently seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to provide inpatient coverage across two regional medical centers. This locums opportunity offers flexible scheduling with minimal call, making it an excellent fit for physicians seeking consistent block work.
About the Opportunity :
- Schedule : 14 days per month, worked in 1-week blocks
- Shift Length : 8-hour shifts with limited night call (tele-neurology covers emergent cases)
- Setting : Inpatient only
- Patient Load : Average of 4-5 new patients + 6 follow-ups per day
- Procedures : Lumbar punctures preferred; EEG interpretation not required (remote support available)
