• Patient Ratios : 1 : 5
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 Unit Secretary, 5 PCTs on Days / 3 PCTs on Nights
• Type of equipment : Welch Allen / Dynamap VS machines, bladder scanner, Hoyer lift, Sara Steady, wound vacs
• Documentation system : Meditech
• Scheduling requirements : 12 hour shifts, 3 weekend shifts within 4 week schedule period
• Floating policy : Same as facility policy
• Patient Experience requirements : We make personal connections with all of our patients, AIDET, bedside shift report, hourly rounding Hospital Specifics-
