GSE is seeking Procurement Specialists, contingent upon contract award, to be performed hybrid onsite in Washington, DC.

Candidate MUST :

Be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Be located w / in 50 miles of location for hybrid / onsite work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pre-award : analyze requirement; recommend appropriate contract type; establish milestones, provide procurement planning; performing market research; assist with development of acquisition plans; develop request for quotes / proposals; analyze proposals; develop source selection plans; prepare award documentation.
• Post-award : provide contract administration; tracking / monitoring contract actions; verify invoices (fixed price and cost reimbursement); prepare modifications and related documents for review by the Contracting Officer; perform contract closeout functions; provide customer responsiveness.

Required Qualifications :

management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization and management; prior Federal experience as a FAR based Contracting Officer / Contract Specialist desirable;

Waiver maybe issued by the government if the proposed candidate has a combination minimum of years of industry experience and / or degree in desired discipline ALONG with a minimum of one year (52 weeks) of direct experience supporting organizations related to Advanced Research and

Development (ARD) and Medical Countermeasures (MCM)
