Overview
Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for managing the team that supports our Restaurant Advertisers on business insights and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will partner with Account Management / Sales teams to improve upon the current delivery framework for marketing recommendations, customer insights, and media optimizations, all with the goal of enabling CPG and Restaurant advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash's marketing products.
- You'll create case studies, benchmarks, and content as we bring new advertisers onboard and drive product adoption.
- You will partner with cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Product to drive DoorDash's CPG / Restaurants Insights roadmap, including launching new analytic capabilities.
- As a people manager, you will also manage a team of Insights S&O Leads to deliver impactful and error free reporting, analysis, and marketing opportunities for CPG and Restaurant clients.

- Scale : You are ready to roll up your sleeves and help scale / improve current processes.
- Partner : You've worked closely with sales and account teams before and know what data they - and their partners - need to achieve their marketing goals.

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing analytics; high growth startup experience preferredYou're a SQL expert (required)You have experience managing a team of strong performersYou have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environmentYou are a strong communicator and project manager, taking pride in the quality work your team deliversYou have a Bachelor's degreeCompensation & Benefits
The starting pay range is $136,000-$200,000 USD. Base salary is localized by work location and may be accompanied by equity grants. Compensation is market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
