Job Description : Summary :

• Seeking an experienced scientist to support protein production workflows through bacterial expression systems, with expertise in protein isolation and purification techniques.
• Essential Requirements & Responsibilities :
• BS / MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
• Hands-on experience with bacterial protein expression
• Execute bacterial protein expression protocols using E. coli and other prokaryotic systems
• Demonstrated expertise in aseptic technique and bacterial culture maintenance
• Proficiency in cell lysis methods (sonication, chemical, enzymatic) and protein extraction
• Perform protein analysis using SDS-PAGE and other analytical techniques
• Document all experimental procedures and results in ELN
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and standard operating procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for workflow troubleshooting
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
