POSITION OVERVIEW :
Under minimum supervision, this position leads the creation of intuitive and engaging print, digital and / or video content for internal and external audiences based on a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and brand standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Possess a strategic mindset and a demonstrated passion for storytelling through design and content creation.
2. Collaborate with other designers, customers, product managers, to identify solutions that improve the user experience.
3. Creates content using a variety of multimedia (e.g., audio, video, digital) and techniques (e.g, graphic manipulation).
4. Maintains knowledge of current best practices and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and innovations to learning solutions.
5. Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures and brand standards.
6. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required
