Company Overview

We are an Engineering and Construction company, offering design, management and consulting within the Industrial Power and Utilities space. Our team has been around for 30+ years, and continuing to grow. We are now looking to add another Electrical Engineer to the mixture.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with a focus on Power and Industrial systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for power generation and distribution.
  • Conduct electrical testing and analysis to ensure system performance and compliance with NEC and IEEE standards.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to implement electrical installations and upgrades.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical equipment, including transformers and motors.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports related to electrical engineering projects.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in power and industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards.
  • Experience with electrical generation, protection relays, and power distribution systems.
  • Familiarity with voltage systems and electrical motor operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
