Corda Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Cedar Rapids. In this full-time, onsite role, you will play a key part in helping our members achieve homeownership by ensuring the mortgage process is smooth, accurate, and compliant from start to finish. What You'll Do :

Review and process mortgage applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with TRID, underwriting, investor, and agency guidelines

Communicate proactively with members, keeping them informed and collecting required documentation

Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, closing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and closings

Manage your loan pipeline efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain service excellence

Support a team-oriented environment while embracing technology to streamline workflows

What You Bring :

Experience processing real estate loans in accordance with secondary market and in-house guidelines

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills and a professional, member-focused attitude

Ability to manage multiple files while meeting critical deadlines

Familiarity with loan origination systems and willingness to adapt to new technologies
