As a Technician, you will be responsible for various construction and maintenance tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim installation, minor demolition, and finish work. You will also be tasked with installing and repairing doors, windows, and cabinets throughout the facility. Coordination with the site team to complete work orders and renovation projects is a crucial part of this role.

Responsibilities :

• Frame, drywall, and perform flooring, cabinetry, and trim installations.
• Conduct minor demolition and finish work.
• Install and repair doors, windows, and cabinets throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with the site team to complete work orders and renovation projects.
• Report project progress, material needs, and any job site issues to the Construction Superintendent.

Work Environment :

This full-time position requires you to be on-site at the main property location from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. You will be part of a small team of 3-5 individuals. Uniforms are provided, and the wage is $30 per hour.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, New York.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
