Job Description :

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven expertise in finance / banking domain projects, including payments and mortgage processing
• Hands-on experience in ETL workflows and involvement in Data Warehouse (DWH) and Data Integration (DI) initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications, particularly within financial services frameworks
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers to define and optimize data pipelines and reporting layers on Databricks
• Design and validate KPIs, metrics, and business rules aligned with regulatory and operational needs in banking using Tableau dashboards
• Document comprehensive artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data flow diagrams , ensuring alignment with finance compliance standards.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Databricks Notebooks for root cause investigation, data quality assurance, and result validation in financial datasets.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations and banking industry benchmarks.
