Must have a valid driver's license.ESSENTIAL DUTIESResponsible for de-icing snowcats and snowmobiles for daily maintenanceAssisting mechanics with special and on-going projectsMoving equipment in and out of maintenance shopResponsible for keeping the maintenance shop neat and cleanResponsible for assisting mechanic's on servicing ATV's, shuttle buses, snowmobiles, light vehicles and grooming equipmentShift changes as necessary and may work either evening or day shift as required by managementCompliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAdhere to all safety policiesExpected to work in inclement weather conditionsMust have steel toed shoes2 years of previous work history / education requiredCommunicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and writtenInteract and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standardsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GED equivalentThe base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees.
