Position : Senior Network Administrator
Job Type : Full-Time; Exempt
Shift Details : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday
Work Location : Hybrid — Travel required up to 50%
Salary : $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Supervision
- Provide day-to-day supervision, scheduling, and coaching of network and support technicians.
- Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring timely resolution of support requests and network issues.
- Policy development for acceptable use, remote access, and incident response.
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to Recovery Innovations' values and policies.
- Network Installation, Maintenance, and Monitoring
- Provision, install / configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware and software and related Windows infrastructure.
- Support cloud environments, Windows servers and deployments, network administration, configuration and troubleshooting (NOC).
- Configure and manage Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPNs, firewalls, and security appliances.
- Deploy and maintain VMware, Workspace One, Okta, Jira, and related systems.
- Investigate, repair, and recover from hardware or software failures; update disaster recovery procedures and coordinate with impacted sites and users.
- Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, including risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2 for data privacy and security.
- Develop and deliver staff security awareness training and technical user guides.
- Monitor, detect issues, and report on third-party, Windows, and mobile applications and devices.
- Direct incident response and report breaches or security events to executive leadership.
- Operational Efficiency and Cost Management
- Collaborate with the CAO on cost-effective technology decisions.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and affordability of IT services and supplies.
- Recommend lifecycle replacements in a cost-conscious manner.
- Support documentation, standardization, and process improvements to improve efficiency.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Provide onsite technical support for system investigations at crisis facilities.
- Support integrations for EHR platforms and telehealth.
- Support multiple sites in 7+ states.
- Collaborate with operational and administrative leaders to align IT systems with operational needs.

Qualifications
Job Requirements :
Education / Licenses :Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and / or related field or equivalent work experience in network administration.Network Administration certificate preferredMicrosoft Certified Solution Architect preferredVMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferredCompTIA Network+ preferredExperience :5+ years progressive IT experience in network administration or IT systems management.2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or behavioral health operation preferred.Skills :Advanced knowledge of network operating systems, WLAN, Cloud environments, network topologies, network hardware, Windows OS, routing, switching, data privacy, security, and telecommunication systems.Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP).Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco and equivalent networking hardware.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid networking.Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios).Expertise in configuring firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.Ability to lead a small technical team while maintaining hands-on involvement.Strong customer service background; ability to manage vendors and make cost-conscious purchasing decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Physical ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 65 lbs.Driving / Miscellaneous :Must meet Recovery Innovations' driving policy if driving is required; if not qualified, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed.Ability to travel between facilities across multiple states; must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.Second-Chance Employer – background checks, substance tests, fingerprinting clearances, and education verification as applicable.Benefits
