We’re seeking a Territory Sales Manager with drive, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. If you bring strong sales experience and a passion for relationship-building, we’ll teach you our proven sales process to help you succeed.

About the Role :

As a Business Development Representative , you’ll manage a defined territory and an existing book of business, while aggressively growing your client base. You’ll be the face of Craftsmen Resources to your market, building long-term relationships and delivering staffing solutions that work.

🕒 Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (some overtime required)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored construction staffing solutions
  • Spend 50% of your time generating new business and 50% managing accounts
  • Prospect new leads via online tools, phone outreach, and jobsite visits
  • Learn industry-specific knowledge to support accurate and consultative sales
  • Use Mondays to plan the week, set appointments, and make prospecting calls
  • Follow and apply Craftsmen’s structured sales process
  • Update CRM daily with client interactions, opportunities, and orders
  • Collaborate with recruiting and management teams to meet client expectations
  • Bring creativity, initiative, and a positive team mindset every day

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of B2B sales (inside or outside)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication, reasoning, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Reliable transportation (model year 5 years or newer, under 80,000 miles)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Construction industry knowledge is a plus
  • 💰 Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $55,000 / year (based on experience)
