Adhere to company standards, safety practices, and building code requirements. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Mentor junior technicians when needed. EPA Universal Certification required. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair methods. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and HVAC software. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments (including rooftops and tight spaces).

About the Role
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems operate at peak performance. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems while delivering excellent service to our customers.
