Global Product Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead global product management across a team to deliver Ultrasound Digital solutions that extend and enhance the customer experience across the entire Ultrasound device portfolio. In this role, you will maximize the franchise value over the lifecycle of the portfolio and deliver on key business metrics, with the goal of increasing franchise margins and market share.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the "voice of the customer" is reflected in all ecosystem solutions designed, built, and delivered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, market and competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and other factors into product strategy and detailed design inputs
- Drive Ultrasound Digital collaboration offerings to meet the needs of customers, establishing clear value propositions and market in a differentiated way
- Be responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and new product introductions
- Define and own business cases in collaboration with Ultrasound segment product managers
- Develop and adapt business models as the digital healthcare market continues to evolve
- Maximize customer satisfaction and engagement with our solutions
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver world class solutions to customers while ensuring compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial process
- Partner with internal and external domain experts to highlight emerging practice trends and product / content needs of the customer
- Support team execution by resolving roadblocks, and organizational interdependencies
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
- Track metrics, budgets, programs, and projects using Lean principals
- Perform other duties as assigned.
