A company is looking for a Commercial Service Specialist to provide support to Account Managers and large Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre- and post-sales support for Sales and Account Managers
Assist with customer inquiries, proposal processes, and pricing
Onboard new customers and ensure timely installation of services
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years' experience in Telecommunications and Sales Operations
Minimum of three years working with Carrier / Wholesale / Enterprise customers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job training and experience
Strong understanding of order processing and invoicing
Experience as a Microsoft Office 365 power user
