A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain predictive models for auto insurance pricing and underwriting

Conduct research and analysis to quantify impacts on insurance metrics

Provide leadership and mentorship to the data science team

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a related field

Master's Degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics or Computer Science

Advanced knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques

Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar data science tools

Strong understanding of insurance marketing operations and model building
