It specializes in helping critically ill patients regain independence in breathing, speaking, eating, walking, and thinking. Services provided include care for cardiac conditions, infectious diseases, medically complex cases, neurologic conditions, pulmonary and ventilator liberation, renal disorders, wound care, and brain injury.\nTo qualify, you must have an active RN license, at least 2 years of ICU experience, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR). Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
