Pay Rate : $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PMSat02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PMSun02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
  • Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document and report any irregularities, incidents or suspicious activities observed at the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors and property.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
