Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 2 years of CT experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a CT department within a hospital setting
  • Patient care involves performing CT scans as ordered
  • 4x10 hour shifts available : Day shift (7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM) and Night shift (10 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM)
  • Weekend shifts are required
  • No floating between units is required during shifts
  • On-call is not required for this position
  • Facility uses Epic EMR and experience is required
  • All travelers must be prepared to float within the facility if needed
  • Previous staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
  • Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate due to a 50-mile radius rule
  • Return to work (RTO) requests must be included at the time of application; changes after submission may not be approved
  • Required to complete up to 16 hours of non-billable online modules prior to starting
  • Epic EMR is used for documentation and workflow
  • Night and weekend shifts are included in the rotating schedule

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CT Technologist
  • Valid allied health license in hand is required if applicable
  • Epic EMR experience is required
  • Ability to provide at least 2 supervisory references from the past 3 years in a comparable CT Tech setting
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration
