Compensation Range Hourly : $26.25 - $30.75 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to calculate accurate, timely Incentive payments to plan participants.
Essential Functions
- Assist with calculating accurate and timely Incentive payments to Plan Participants
- Assist with managing multiple Incentive Plans and processes
- Conduct analysis and modeling to drive enhancements to existing Plan designs and develop new Plans, when needed
- Prepare data and recommendations to support decisions regarding plan status, performance, and plan management
- Maintain data integrity from multiple sources (billing systems, P&L, manager entered data, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer service, including timely and effective communication, education of multiple stakeholder groups, and support of inquiries
- Assist with standard and ad hoc reporting and presentations for multiple audiences
- Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required1+ years commercial banking experience preferredExperience working with relational databases preferredExperience working with Varicent software (formerly IBM compensation engine) preferredHybrid Schedule : In office 3 days per week
